Look for traditional south-east Qld pubs with big hearty meals and family friendly beer-gardens, be tempted by the new cozy art and book cafes with their appetising treats or carefully plan your visit to include one of our many sensational vineyard restaurants, with their special signature dishes. On Mt Tamborine, there are many choices as you drive the mountain or walk the main street; in Boonah look out for character pubs and a range of cafes with similar offerings in  Beaudesert and Canungra and some of our villages including Kalbar and Harrisville. Many of our Scenic Rim wineries also have their own highly-regarded restaurants where you'll be tantalised by great food and spectacular settings.
