General Meetings, Networking & Trade Activities

Associations are required to notify members of meetings and the business to be conducted at those meetings at least 14 days in advance, this provision exists to allow members time to consider, research and be better informed about upcoming business.

For 2011 Scenic Rim Escapes General Meetings will be held on the third Thursday of every second month with the first meeting scheduled for February 2011. Two of these meetings for the year will be evening events.

The Executive meetings will be held on the third Thursday of every opposing month with the first meeting scheduled for January 2011.

The actual meeting dates are as follows:

Thursday 27th January - Executive meeting (actually 4th Thursday due to holidays etc)

Thursday 17th February - General meeting

Thursday 17th March - Executive meeting

Thursday 21st April - General meeting

Thursday 19th May - Executive meeting

Thursday 16th June - General meeting

Thursday 21st July - Executive meeting

Thursday 18th August - General meeting

Thursday 15th September - Executive meeting

Thursday 20th October - General meeting
