1. Membership benefits are for one nominated business entity only. 2. It is the responsibility of each member to notify Scenic Rim Escapes of changes to contact details and to keep their information, rates and availability on the website up to date. 3. Membership for a nominated business entity is not transferable to other business entities. 4. Members agree to be bound by the rules of Scenic Rim Escapes. 5. In accordance with the Scenic Rim Escapes Rules of Association. To be eligible to be nominated for election to the executive committee, excluding the position of Secretary, a person must be: (a) a General Member or (b) the owner of a business which is a General member, subject that where the business has more than one owner, only one owner is eligible for nomination. 6. All members are required to hold the appropriate level of comprehensive public liability insurance as well as any permits and licenses required by Local, State, or Federal governments for their business. |
