Established in 2004 by Meredith and Andre Morris the Witches Chase Cheese Factory was originally located in small premises close to the Witches Falls National Park. With a passionate desire to create the finest handmade cheeses their success has resulted in many awards and the need to move to larger premises on Gallery Walk in 2008.
Using the oldest traditions combined with the freshest ingredients including fresh milk from Jersey cows they create a broad range of cheeses including their signature triple cream brie, cloth bound cheddars, goat’s milk feta and Meredith’s favourite washed rind cheese.
